Frequency Thursday
Pick a frequency or sound bath and let your cells be soothed. Try: • 528 Hz (love + healing) • 417 Hz (removing negativity) • 888 Hz (abundance) Put it on and let the energy shift.

Flow Friday
Move your body. Dance, stretch, bounce, shake—move emotion through. Your body holds energy. This is how we let it go. This is nervous system release + throat chakra magic.
